Escape to the beautiful Southern Oregon Coast and enjoy a relaxing stay in this comfortable coastal cottage located just couple blocks from the ocean. Perfectly situated in Brookings, this cozy getaway puts you close to beaches, local restaurants, breweries, shopping, and outdoor adventures while still offering a quiet neighborhood setting to unwind after a day of exploring.
Good to know
This is a smaller, older home. The doorways and hallways are not conducive to wheelchairs or motorized scooters and there are no ramps. There is a current yard project going on in the back yard and is blocked off by a small green fence. Please stay out. There is still plenty of backyard to enjoy.
House Rules
No Pets - Service animals are ok and must be under your control at all times and may not be left alone. Please pick up their waste. No Smoking inside of the home. You may smoke outside in the back yard where there are receptacles. Do not leave your debris on the ground. No Parties, Events or Gatherings. Registered guests only. No Cleaning your Seafood catch of any kind on the premises. It will attract rodents. They offer those services at the dock as well as self serve cleaning stations. Do Not Use the Fireplace. If evidence of use is found, there is a $2500 fee. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. Please be considerate of the quiet neighborhood. No Pinatas. There will be an extra cleaning fee of $150. Do Not leave food of any kind in the garage, it will attract pests Do not rearrange the furniture or turn the wifi off. Wifi is required for multiple things to operate. We leave plenty of supplies for the length of your stay but If you run out, There are several stores in the area that you may shop at. We will not supply additional items if you run out. Thank you for respecting our home.
Other Details to Note
Yard maintenance is done once a week. This may happen during your stay. They will not interact with you.. It takes an hour. This is usually done mid morning or early afternoon. Also, the House manager will arrive Sunday afternoon and bring the garbage can to the road and return the next day to put it back. She will not interact with you.

Located in a quiet residential area of Brookings, this home offers a peaceful coastal setting close to everything. Nearby Chetco Point Park provides ocean views and beach access, while Harris Beach State Park and the Redwood National and State Parks are just a short drive away. Enjoy local shops, restaurants, and a relaxed coastal vibe.
Guest Access
Registered guests have full access to the home. Front and back yards are available. Currently we have a portion of the back yard marked off because we are mid-projet. We are making a sitting area and fire pit for you to enjoy. That will be ready by summer 2026. There is still plenty of yard to play in. Guests may store suitcases etc in the garage. Not the vehicle. We also do not have a charger for electric cars. Those are located in town.
Find us
Easy to get around Brookings. If you have a car, it's fun to park in the middle of town and walk around to all the shops and restaurants. Walking around Brookings, even from our property, isn't bad. Brookings is small. Uber is also available. And if you don't want to leave, DoorDash will be your friend.
